Terms & Conditions

  1. Products and Services: Our business offers a range of integrative holistic wellness products and services, including herbal supplements, essential oil-based products, concierge and nursing advocacy services. Wellbeing contract required and liability waiver for all services prior to initiation. By agreeing to the term and conditions you understand this is not medical advice in substitutions of a doctor's medical advice. We do not diagnose or cure ailments. Waiver of consent to be signed prior to an service. 

  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. All consults require a nonrefundable booking fee. For clients purchasing subscriptions initial booking fee will be applied to plan total. Any outstanding balances or unpaid fees may result in the suspension of services or revocation of privileges.

  3. Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds for products or services. Please notify us within 7 days of purchase or service if you are dissatisfied. This allows us to customize a complimetary resolution package in honor of our commitment to serving our community.

  4. Privacy: Our business is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers' information. Any personal information collected by our business will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent. We also comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to protect the privacy of our customers' medical information.

  5. Safety and Compliance: Our business complies with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and use of cannabis-related products and services. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and staff and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.

  6. Liability: Our business is not responsible for any damage, injury, or harm that may result from the use of our products or services. Customers assume all risk and liability associated with the use of our products and services.

  7. Modification of Terms and Conditions: Our business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to customers. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and staying informed of any changes.
